Our policies are to ensure fairness and transparency for both myself and all clients. They serve to establish clear expectations and provide a structured framework for our interactions. Cancellations

Please allow as much time as possible to inform me of any cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before appointment: No Charge

Appointments cancelled 24-48hours before: 50% of treatment cost

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours: 100% of treatment cost

This applies to all treatments booked, even if partial cancellations are made to a multiple booking. i.e manicure & pedicure

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.  Walk-ins are accepted based on availability

Please allow as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid charge.

Please adhere to the cancellations policy.  Failure to do so will result in all further bookings being cancelled or rejected.

It is your responsibility to inform me of any allergies or sensitivities which could affect the overall result of the treatment. 


I reserve the right to refuse treatment to nails that are in a poor and unhealthy condition. ie fungal infections. 
Pricing: can be subject to change. Please try and book the treatment that applies as if extras are needed or nail art this will alter the final price. 


Repairs: Will be free of charge within 4 days of initial treatment. Any repairs after that may incur a charge.


Liability: Opal Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions or damage that may occur from nail treatments. We do take every precaution necessary and if the correct aftercare is followed, this should ensure a long lasting result. 


Payment: Total/outstanding payment will be taken at time of treatment.  We accept cash, card and bank transfers.


Deposit: 50% will be taken at time of booking which is taken off the final price. This may increase at peak times I.e Christmas to ensure fairness to myself and other clients.


I aim for every client to leave happy. If you are not satisfied please contact me within 24 hours and I can address any issues.
